Is therapy right for me?
Seeking out and working with a therapist is a very personal choice. I akin therapy and finding a therapist to shopping for a t-shirt. Sometimes you have to try on a few different kinds to find the right fit. I understand that I may not meet the needs you are seeking, and if I’m not the right fit for you, I’d be honored to help you find a good fit.
There are many reasons why people seek therapy, and making the decision to seek out help is courageous. We were not meant to face the world and problems alone.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. I understand that emergencies occur and are taken into consideration when canceling an appointment.
Is telehealth safe and private?
Telehealth visits are just as private as meeting face-to-face. I use HIPPA compliant platforms to ensure your information is safe and our sessions remain confidential.

I use HIPPA compliant platforms and protocols to ensure your information stays safe, private and confidential. *Please keep in mind that during walk and talk therapy, confidentiality can be compromised as I cannot control who is on the trail or walking path we use.
Do you accept insurance? How does insurance work?
I do accept the following Insurance:
- Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Aetna
Rates are as follows:
- Individual client session $145
- Couple’s session $185
- Initial intake session $210
Private payment methods accepted are:
- Cash
- Credit cards
